Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible to implement total activities of the clinic
Develop and approve the monthly plan of clinic activities
Implement Community Screening, Community Groups, Refferal Centers and General Consultency Service Providers Database development
Organize all community based group meetings each month, documentation of the meeting minutes and take necessary action for further progress
Implement community promotional activities for member collection, health insurance member collection, donation collection, school and religion based activities as well as community based research implementation
Provide health related medical services, immunization, family planning, nutrition, training etc services in the clinics
Organize health camp and other community awareness, public health related activities in clinics and communities
Implement other public health project related to health, education, entrepreneurs etc.
Ensure community refferalpoints engagement, promote and conduct training, provide refferal and other services
Link up and promote other eminence services and entrepreneurs activities
Documentation of all activities, meetings, incidence and progress
Reporting of clinic technical and financial activities
Ensure and implement legeal affairs and government liasion, develop partnetship with others
Maintain and responsible for financial transection and submit report
Ensure quality services and sustainability of the clinic services

Educational Requirements
MBBS Doctor with three years clinic and management experience
MPH is preferable and capable to speak and write in English and Bangla
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Experience in Maternal, Reproductive, Child health and family Planning, Nutrition, counseling, OPD case management, Managing Patients with NCDs and effective referral, normal vaginal delivery, effective referral, Liaison with GoB and other NGO official, local elite
Sound Knowledge on managing general patients
Skill: Inter Personal Communication, BCC, Counseling, Team Building, Event Management, Communication, Leadership, Gender sensitive, NVD, Safe Abortion Care, Providing LARC & PM
Attitude: Caring & Customer Centered, Target oriented and Proactive to bring Changes
