will ensure cancer pt are dealt as per protocol
will approve staff leave,duty roster,time sheet
will keep eye on hospital properties
will actively percipient in trouble shooting and will be keen to solve internal and external problem
will prepare monthly report & submit to country director
will organize & participant staff meeting
will do any other work when authority assign for
will carefully & sincerely execute the special privilege vested upon him
Experience
Need to have Experience in Hospital Management at lest 5 years .

Job Description/ Responsibility
Attend emergency/outpatient management of health care services.
Perform clinical procedures as per need of cancer & general patients.
Accompany & coordinating with consultants for cancer & general patients.
Ensure preparation of operative patients as per need & consultant recommendations.
Make up a good team plan for operative purposes & other sophisticated medical management.
Maintain respectful & good environment with others colleagues of hospital.
Arrange clinical & technical sessions for nurses & other clinical staffs.
Ensure flow of clinical logistics/materials by providing timely requisition in place.
Regular update patients/patient’s party as well as authority for further initiatives/follow up.
Try to make a good team with doctors, nurses, lab technologist & other staffs.
Ensure timely referral & further procedures in need for the seriously ill/critical cases.
Routinely make follow up for cancer & general patients according to protocol.
Ensure investigation as per need of diagnosis & case management within the patient’s benefits.
Maintain good discharge notes of patients which will carry out purposive for further medications.

Job Description/ Responsibility
Highlighted the BBC&GH activities and services in different workshop, seminar, awareness etc
Communicate & ensure management with active participation of special day observations & programs.
Asses different services modality of surroundings & provide feedback to the authority
Taking lead in planning and implementation of promotion and marketing.
Ensure smooth communication with clinical staffs and Medical Director/RMO/visiting doctors/consultants for community feedback.
Ensure suitable planning by sharing with Medical director & others for camp arrangement & community activities.
Prepare short report after implementation of program & other reports in need sharing with Medical Director & other concerns.
Expertise in BCC/Awareness tools design, planning & printing & other promotional documents (eg.Leaflet, brosheure, flyer etc.)
Keep maintains records & data regarding the program implemented separately with adequate data analyzing capacity.
Have nice interpersonal skills to communication with GO, NGO & other stakeholders for the better interest of Hospital.
Assign detail task for the field staffs CHW, volunteer etc for community awareness and taking positive feedback.
Arrange monthly PMT, Staffs and other meetings for improvement of hospital.
Additional Job Requirement :
- At least three (03) years experiences in health care project.
- Working experience in charitable hospital/healthcare projects/ health care NGO,s.
- Desirable experiences for community awareness/seminar-workshop/cam
p arrangement
